Liability for content
The content of our pages has been prepared with utmost care. We nevertheless
assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content.
As service providers, we are responsible according to § 6 subsection 1 MDStV and
§ 8 subsection 1 TDG for ensuring that our own content on these pages complies with
general legislation. However, service providers are not obliged to monitor third-party
information transferred to or saved by them nor search for possible circumstances
which might indicate illegal activity. Obligations for the removal or barring of the use
of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected.
Any liability in this respect is, however, only incurred from the moment that
knowledge of a specific breach of law is obtained. In the event that corresponding
infringements become known, we will remove this content immediately.
Liability for links
Our site contains links to external websites belonging to third parties, over whose
content we have no influence. We cannot therefore also assume liability for this
external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always
responsible for the content of the linked pages. External links were checked for
possible legal infringements at the time of creation. Illegal content was not apparent
at the time of creating the link. However, permanently monitoring the linked pages
for content is unreasonable without specific evidence indicating a legal infringement.
Should corresponding infringements become known, we will remove this content immediately.
The operators of the pages endeavour to always observe the copyrights of others
or to draw on works created in-house or works in the public domain.
German copyright law governs content and works created by the page operators
and presented on these pages. Contributions from third parties are identified as such.
The reproduction, processing, dissemination and any type of use beyond what is
permitted under copyright law requires written authorisation from the respective
author and/or creator. Downloads and copies of this page are only permitted
for private non-commercial use.
If personal data is collected on our pages (for instance name, address
or e-mail addresses), the input of such data always takes place voluntarily,
as far as possible. As far as possible, the use of offers and services is always
possible without specifying personal data. We hereby expressly object to the
third-party use of contact data, which has been published in accordance with
imprint obligations, for the transmission of not expressly solicited advertising
and information material. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right
to pursue legal steps in the event that unsolicited advertising information
is sent, such as through spam mail.

Insurance broker (Section 34d(1) GewO*)
These days there are numerous ways for persons requiring insurance – whether corporate or private – to conclude a contract. One such way is to obtain advice from and use the brokerage services of an insurance broker. Unlike other sales channels, insurance brokers are not bound to any insurance provider, which makes them fully independent partners. This is why they are also referred to as "impartial champions" of your insurance interests. In other words: Insurance brokers are on your side. Information about insurance brokerage fees
As an insurance broker, we offer professional advice.
The fees for our advice, brokerage and guidance services – also known as commission –
are paid by the insurance provider as standard.
The commission forms part of the insurance premium.
Differing terms must be expressly agreed between us and the customer.
When brokering "net products" in particular, a separate remuneration agreement
is normally signed that obligates the customer to pay the fees. Net products are products where
the brokerage fees are not included in the insurance premium.
Our company does not receive remuneration in the form of other benefits.
We have been a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Versicherungs-Makler e.V.
[Federal Association of German Insurance Brokers] since 13.8.1999.
